Adalina

Adalina is a delicious restaurant to dine at for Friday night dinner by myself. The atmosphere sitting at the bar was lively and enjoyable. For my cocktail, I had the Sugar Skull with Mezcal, Falernum, Aperol, Ancho Reyes, and lime. This is my favorite kind of cocktail because it is super smokey from the mezcal and has a hint of sweetness from the other ingredients.

I started Truffled Caesar with black garlic, parmigiano reggiano, pink peppercorn, and yuzu. This salad was super flavorful with the garlic, and the croutons were incredible too.

For my main dish, I ordered the Gnocchi Della Nonna with Pomodoro sauce and black pepper. I loved this dish because gnocchi is one of my favorites, and the Pomodoro flavor is super fresh and mild.

While I was sitting at the bar, the pasta was taking a little while to prepare, so the bartender gave me another dish to try as well. He sent me the Girelle with bolognese, eggplant, ricotta, and Calabrian chili. This bolognese was phenomenal with all of the different flavors together, and I am so happy that I was able to try it.

I greatly enjoyed my experience at Adalina because the environment was fun and the food was fantastic. It was too kind of the bartender to send me another item to try, and I am so happy he did. Both of the pasta dishes I tried were amazing, and I absolutely will be going back to try more!

Hi, thanks for stopping by!

Not that this isn't obvious, but I am not a professional writer - I don't claim to be one either. Cut me some slack on my writing for a little bit. It will get better!
