Allez Café is one of Chicago’s top-rated breakfast spots, famed for its exceptional breakfast sandwich that keeps locals and visitors coming back. Allez Café provides a cozy ambiance perfect for a morning stop, and I finally made my way over to experience the renowned sandwich myself.

I started with their signature breakfast sandwich, served on a soft potato roll with an egg patty, gouda cheese, a house-made hashbrown, and thick-cut bacon. The standout additions were the onion aioli and a slightly spicy jalapeño jam, which balanced the richness of the cheese and bacon for an amazing flavor.
