Analog Slow Bar
Analog Slow Bar is a coffee bar inside Carabello’s Café. It’s a very interesting concept, but the barista describes it as an elevated coffee experience, and he was right.

I saw Analog when I went to Carabello’s last weekend, so I researched it a bit and decided to make a reservation for Grace and me to go. As we know, I’m not the biggest coffee lover, but the different types of drinks the barista made were shockingly delicious.
The process of the bar is very much like a restaurant, Grace and I decided to do the two drinks each plus a dessert option. For the first round, I ordered the Happy Patty which consisted of the in-house made cold brew coffee with Irish cream on top. Grace ordered the Root beer Float which had root beer syrup, cold brew coffee, and frothed oat milk on the top.

For the second round of coffee, I went a little riskier. Being someone who doesn't love coffee, I don't like to be too adventurous with those drinks, but I got bullied into getting one of the drinks called “My In-Laws Party.” This was olive oil-infused cold brew, lime juice, and jalapeño syrup.
Before you judge based on the sound of it, I actually loved the taste. It was less off a coffee flavor and more of a party on your taste buds. It was delicious and something to sip on rather than drink.
Grace decided to try the Lavender Lemonade that had the perfect mix of tartness and sweetness. The barista makes it himself and it was so tasty.

For the dessert, we let the barista choose which one for us to try, and he decided on the lemon and blueberry cheesecake. The dessert paired tastily with the citrus in the drinks we were having.

I loved the time that Grace and I had at Analog. The atmosphere of sitting at the bar was more of a restaurant than reading a book at a coffee shop, but the experience was worth it. The drinks were an art rather than getting a coffee at a café which was a nice change from what we are used to. This place is a must for people who like trying new drinks and love coffee.
