Annette's Italian Ice
Annette's was the perfect summer ice cream spot to mark off my Chicago list. Located in Lincoln Park, Annette's has quickly become a favorite destination for locals and visitors alike. I walked there with friends after dinner on a Wednesday night, and the line was around the block. We waited it out because we wanted a sweet treat from this popular ice cream place.
Because we waited for a little while, we had time to think about what we wanted to order. I decided on an ice cream cone with one scoop of Puppy Chow and one scoop of Cookie Dough Brownie. The rest of the crew ordered an Italian Ice and the Cookie Ice Cream Sandwich. Each choice was delicious and satisfying.

I loved all the different ice cream choices we could pick from, and the Italian ice was a great, classic touch.
