Berdenas
Although I am still figuring out my coffee taste, I knew that the next thing I wanted to try was matcha. Now, I have been warned that matcha tastes like grass, so I had to do some research on how to order.
I decided to try some matcha at Berdenas coffee lounge, and it ended up being pretty good.
The barista was helpful when I was ordering and told me he was going to make the drink super sweet with vanilla — and he did. It tasted nothing like grass and more like a refreshing drink. I liked the matcha a lot, but I don’t know if I am brave enough to keep ordering it in case something goes wrong.
Lucy and I also ordered a pastry snack which was a cheesy muffin with cheese and prosciutto on top. This muffin was delicious — I wish I could go back for more.
Berdenas was a cute, little coffee shop that was the perfect stop to refuel after hiking Camelback mountain.
