Ciccio Mio

Ciccio Mio has been a restaurant I've wanted to try for years, and when I got the Resy notification, I knew it was finally time to go. Ciccio Mio offers an exceptional dining experience which I couldn't wait to share. We dined outside, which differed from the cozy restaurant atmosphere inside, but it was still enjoyable on a cool summer night. We started our evening with a bottle of wine for the table, setting the stage for a great meal.

For our appetizers, we indulged in the Truffle Mozzarella Sticks and Burrata. Both dishes were rich and delicious, but the Burrata with bread and olive oil was my favorite because of its fresh flavors. The combination of creamy Burrata and high-quality olive oil was simply perfect.

For our main course, we ordered the Spicy Vodka Rigatoni and Black Truffle Bucatini. These dishes complemented each other perfectly, offering a balance of savory flavors that made the meal exceptional. The spicy vodka sauce added a subtle heat that offset the richness of the truffle pasta.

A delicious serving of Spicy Vodka Rigatoni garnished with fresh basil and a decadent bowl of Black Truffle Bucatini topped with grated Parmesan cheese at Ciccio Mio in Chicago.

Ciccio Mio was a bucket list restaurant to try in Chicago, as I had heard incredible things about their menu items. I loved everything we tried, and there's so much more on the menu that I want to explore. From the appetizers to the main courses, each dish was packed with flavor.

Hi, thanks for stopping by!

Not that this isn't obvious, but I am not a professional writer - I don't claim to be one either. Cut me some slack on my writing for a little bit. It will get better!
