Cupitol Coffee & Eatery
I discovered Cupitol, a popular Chicago breakfast café, through a fellow food blogger, and I knew it had to be worth a visit. Always on the lookout for great breakfast spots with quality coffee and a welcoming atmosphere, I stopped by one of their Chicago locations for a Saturday morning meal.
One of my favorite small joys is when coffee is served in a mug, so I was thrilled when my vanilla latte arrived in one. It made the experience feel even more inviting—perfect for a chilly winter morning in Chicago. For my meal, I ordered the Breakfast Sandwich, which featured a fried egg, crispy bacon, and melted cheese on a buttery croissant. I also tried the Chocolate Chip Pancakes, which were fluffy, sweet, and loaded with melty chocolate—an ideal choice for anyone with a morning sweet tooth.
