Darling Rooftop
Darling was such an incredible bar that I was surprised we were able to find it just by walking around. With a 360 view of the City and delicious cocktails, you can’t go wrong with having a drink here.
Darling was walking distance from our hotel so Lucy, Hope, and I walked there after dinner for some cocktails. I ordered the Park Lane Margarita with tequila, jalapeño curaçao, citrus, and cucumber. This was one of the best spicy margaritas that I have ever had. I loved the jalapeño curaçao because it was super spicy.
Hope ordered the Central Park South with gin, Campari, sweet vermouth, melon de Provence, and lemon.
I wish that I was able to get a better photo of the view inside the bar because the City looked beautiful. It was such an amazing view, and I’m super happy that we were able to find it and grab a drink to cap off the night.
