Diego Pops

I love some good chips and salsa with a margarita, so when I saw a sign that read “Tacos and Tequila” I was sold on Diego Pops.

I can always count on my dad to get tacos and chips with me no matter what, so throughout this trip to Scottsdale he has followed my lead to wherever I wanted to try.

We made our way to Diego Pops which has an impeccable vibe throughout the entire restaurant. With a giant outside area, music, neon lights, and funky wallpaper throughout the inside, it was already a fun place to be at just walking in.

We sat at a booth and I ordered a margarita and my dad got a Dos Equis while we munched on some chips and salsa.

Taco Monday is apparently an event at Diego Pops, so my dad and I ordered the $3 tacos and enjoyed talking with each other throughout the meal. I got the shrimp and fish tacos, and my dad ate the chicken and steak tacos.

The decorations and vibe at Diego Pops were fantastic, and I would go back for more margaritas and chips. I loved the young feeling of the restaurant and it was a great place to grab lunch and hang out with my dad.
