Dollop Coffee Co.
To kick off my weekend in Chicago, Lucy and I started with some drinks at Dollop Coffee Co. The last time I was in Chicago, Lucy noted that she had been wanting to try Dollop, so I am happy I got the chance to do it with her.
There are plenty of locations throughout Chicago, but the Dollop on Monroe street was perfect. Dollop is incredibly eye-catching because of the unique decorations inside. I loved the atmosphere inside because it was bright and lively.
Lucy and I both ordered a vanilla latte and it was delicious (but I am still getting used to coffee flavor). We were able to sit on the bar seats and look out the window at people and cars going by while we drank our warm coffees - it was a great start to a weekend of lots of food and drinks.
