Echo Restuarant
Echo is one of the breakfast diners that I have been wanting to try but had not yet because the line is always crazy long to get in. Of course, every breakfast place is crowded on the weekends, but Echo is a whole different story.
Grace and I decided to go to Echo for a super late brunch because we did not want to wait in the long line, and it was perfect timing. We were able to get right into a seat and begin looking at all of the delicious options.
We both started with a hot chocolate which came in an odd form. We had a mug of freshly whipped cream and then a tin cup of extremely hot chocolate.
You are supposed to pour the chocolate on top of the cream in the mug and it was incredibly chocolatey and great.
One of the reasons that I wanted to try Echo was because I had heard about their “hangover helpers”. Grace and I both decided to order the Hot Mess which had a layer of home fries, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, gravy, cheddar, and toast.
Holy cow - this meal was phenomenal and everything I had expected it to be. We also ordered a pancake for the table because we always need something sweet when you are eating a savory meal like this.
Echo lived up to its expectations because it had such delicious, traditional diner food. I love to indulge in a flavorful meal like this because it is always worth it to try.
