Egg Tuck
Egg Tuck is a super popular breakfast sandwich spot in Los Angeles that recently opened a location in Chicago. I made my way over there for Saturday breakfast to try these widely known breakfast sandwiches.
I put my order in for a Bacon & Cheese Sandwich with super soft scrambled eggs, smoked bacon, cheddar cheese, fresh chives, house sriracha aioli, and house mayo inside a brioche bun. This sandwich was unbelievable, and the sauces were what made it so delicious.
Though the sandwich was amazing, it was not worth a 50-minute wait, but I still enjoyed it. I loved the flavors of the sandwich, and the soft scrambled eggs are a unique touch.
