Fireside Pizza

Wood-fired pizza is one of my favorites, so when I heard about Fireside Pizza I needed to try it. Bailey and I were in the neighborhood and it was the perfect occasion to grab some pizza.

Fireside Pizza has a bunch of different beers to choose from, but Bailey and I went with a safe bet – Rhinegeist Bubbles.

We began our meal with the Caesar Salad which was super fresh and delicious. Starting with a salad is always the best way to feel better before you devour some pizza.

There were some interesting types of pizza to choose from, the most unique being Eli’s BBQ Pizza with Alabama white sauce, provolone, mozzarella, Eli’s BBQ rub, pickled red onions, chicken, and BBQ sauce.

As good as that sounds, we decided to try the White Pizza with roasted garlic, provolone, mozzarella, and shaved parmesan. This pizza was delicious and I loved all of the garlic flavors.

Fireside Pizza is a great stop if you are in the neighborhood and craving some beer and pizza. They have so many different specials and types of pizza that you can't go wrong with any choice. I loved how cozy the restaurant felt and the food we tried hit the spot.
