Five on Vine
I had been wanting to try Five on Vine ever since I heard about its opening, and I was able to try it a little while ago. There are tons of food and drink options, so it was definitely hard to choose what we wanted to try.
We started the meal with Cornbread with honey butter which was phenomenal. I always order cornbread if it’s on the menu, and this was the perfect starter for our meal.
We also wanted to share the Coconut Curry Mussels with sweet potato, chili, lemon, and ciabatta. Our table loved these mussels and the sauce was delicious to dip some bread in.
For our main meal, we ordered all of the pasta on the menu. I had the Squid Ink Tagliatelle with lobster tail and spicy lobster cream. We had the House Risotto which was a french onion soup pasta, the Truffle Fettuccini, and the Lasagna Bolognese Rotolo.
All of these plates of pasta were pretty great, but I loved the squid ink the most because there was so much incredible flavor.
We were so stuffed from our meal, so we didn’t try any of the desserts but I regret it because it all looked so good. Overall, I liked Five on Vine a lot because there were so many different flavors of foods that we were able to try. I definitely would recommend the restaurant for more of a special occasion because it is on the pricier side.
