Gallery Pastry Shop

For a weekend trip to Indy, I was able to hit delicious spots thanks to some recommendations. For brunch, we decided to eat at Gallery Pastry Shop which was incredible. One of my favorite parts of the restaurant was the decorations inside. It was beautiful and had the perfect brunch atmosphere.

I started with an Aperol Spritz which was delicious and made perfectly.

Our table shared the Bread Plate which was more delicious than I could have imagined. There was an assortment of focaccia, toast, and croissant with an olive oil and roasted garlic dip which tasted like it had just been baked and came right out of the oven.

For the main courses, two of us ordered the Truffle Muff Sammie with mushroom truffle aioli, bacon, cheese, and an over-easy egg all on an English muffin with a side of hash brown. Two others ordered The OG Hash with vegetables, hash browns, cheese, two eggs, and bacon. I loved all of the flavors on the sandwich, and the hash browns were phenomenal.

This was the perfect brunch spot to recover from the night before. All of the freshly baked bread and the delicious entrees were amazing, and there were plenty more dishes that we wanted to try. I loved the lively environment of the brunch spot, and it is a serious must-try.
