Green Tea Sushi

Green Tea Sushi’s newest location brings a delicious dining experience to Chicago, with a bright and lively atmosphere and a menu of fresh, flavorful sushi. I recently dined here and was impressed with the restaurant’s ambiance and food offerings.

We started our meal with the Pan-Seared Gyoza, a classic appetizer for a sushi night. Next, we sampled the Tuna Nigiri and the Spider Roll, featuring soft shell crab, spicy mayo, masago, avocado, cucumber, and scallion. Each bite tasted fresh, with the Spider Roll adding just the right amount of crunch.

Next, we ordered the Seared Salmon Roll, with salmon, shrimp tempura, avocado, cucumber, spicy mayo, masago, and teriyaki sauce. The flavors were perfectly balanced, with the rich teriyaki and spicy mayo elevating the light, crispy tempura. This roll paired beautifully with the lighter Spider Roll, making for a vibrant flavor experience.

Green Tea Sushi is a fantastic choice for a casual dinner in the city. With its subtle atmosphere and extensive menu, it's the ideal spot for sushi lovers looking to explore fresh and exciting flavors. There’s so much more to try, and I can’t wait to come back and discover more from their menu!
