Hula's Modern Tiki
During my stay in Scottsdale, we decided to go to Hulas for some happy-hour drinks and appetizers. I did not love the drink choices because they were all super sweet, but the food selection was delicious.
I ordered the Lilikoi Margarita with tequila, orange juice, passionfruit, and lime; Mackenzie had the Blood Orange Martini with vodka, blood orange liqueur, orange, lime, and cranberry juices; Jack ordered some type of draft beer.
For appetizers, we started with the Spicy Edamame which was unique but amazing. I loved how the seasoning added spice to such a classic dish.
We also ordered the sliders with fish cakes, beef, and pork options. The fish cake sliders were my favorite because the flavor was mild and super crispy.
Lastly, Jack and I split the Pork Stuffed Potstickers which were phenomenal. I loved how crispy and fried the potstickers were, and the sauces to dip in were a perfect touch.
Hula's happy-hour food specials did not disappoint. I loved the variety of food choices they had and all of the food I tried was amazing.
