Kasama
Kasama has been on my restaurant list since I moved to Chicago, so I decided to go with my mom and sister to try some Michelin Star breakfast food.
I ordered the Breakfast Sandwich with hashbrowns, egg, cheese, and longanisa (a type of sausage). I loved this sandwich, and the hashbrowns were incredible.

We had to order some fantastic-looking pastries, so we tried the Pecan Sticky Bun and the Ham & Cheese Danish. I loved those of these items, and they complimented each other perfectly. The sticky bun was super dense, and the Danish was very buttery.

We also ordered some coffee - lattes for Lucy and me, and a cappuccino for my mom. I loved my latte because it came in a mug and it was just phenomenal.

Overall, Kasama was an incredible breakfast spot to try. I loved having the options of breakfast items plus the bakery menu too.
