Le Fumoir
Le Fumoir was our first dinner in Paris and it was the perfect, classic French meal to start our trip. I loved the options on the menu and there were dishes that everyone enjoyed. We started the meal with champagne and rosè for the table.
I ordered the Pavé de cabillaud poêlé which was a pan-fried cod fillet with lentils, leeks, mustard dressing, and truffle oil. Lucy and Bailey ordered the Ravioli and Mackenzie ordered the Risotto - both of these dishes were incredible too.
The best part of the meal was the dessert. We all ordered a different dessert to share: praline chocolate tart with almonds, poached pear, and almond ice cream; Caffè Affogato; a sponge cake with ice cream; mixed berries with cream and meringue.
We also ordered a cappuccino after dessert which is a must.
Le Fumoir was a great first meal in Paris to try some delicious food. I loved all of the options that we tasted from wine to dessert.
