Le Procope
Le Procope was one of my favorite meals I had in Paris. I loved the Saint Germaine area, and the food was incredible. To start, the table split a bottle of champagne.
I also ordered some Gros Escargots which came in a pesto-type sauce. I loved the flavor and the table enjoyed trying them too.
For our meals, Bailey and I split the Ravioli and the Skirt Steak. Mackenzie and Lucy split the Ravioli and the Risotto. We all thought the ravioli was phenomenal with the creamy sauce, and the risotto was delicious as well with mushroom and truffle flavors.
The best part of the meal was dessert because this was one of the best desserts I have ever tried. The Hot Chocolate Profiteroles are basically cream puffs with hot chocolate sauce poured over them. This was such a great balance of warm and cold, and I loved the flavor.
Le Procope was such a delicious meal and the environment in the restaurant felt super Parisian and beautiful. I loved everything I tried, and the dessert just gives a million bonus points to the restaurant.
