Mammoth Poke
I have been on the search for a new Poke Bowl place in Chicago, and Mammoth Poke is a great contender. I learned about Mammoth Poke on social media, and I was pleasantly surprised with how delicious it was.
Here is my Poke Bowl order at Mammoth:
Sushi Rice
Ahi Tuna
Spicy Tuna
Fresh Salmon
Crunchy Garlic
Carrots
Edamame
Spicy Bean Sprouts
Crab Salad
Sweet Corn
Pickled Radish
Cucumber
I topped the bowl with Hawaiian Poke sauce and Spicy Mayo which pushed the bowl to the top. I loved how saucy it was, and all of the veggies to choose from were super flavorful. I also ordered the steamed pot stickers which were classic and delicious.
So far in my Chicago Poke journey, Mammoth has been the best I have tried. I love being able to load a ton of different items into the bowl, and all of the ingredients tasted fresh and incredible.
