Marcellino Ristorante
My final meal before heading out of Scottsdale was at Marcellino Ristorante. This was a super authentic Italian restaurant that Mackenzie and Jack had been trying to go to for a while, so my last night was the perfect occasion.

We all started the meal with some wine - I ordered a recommended white wine that was similar to a sauvignon blanc.

We ordered the Cozze in Blanco o Rosso which was mussels in white wine sauce with olive oil and garlic. The sauce was delicious and it was perfect to also dip the bread into.

For our main courses, Mackenzie ordered the Gnocchi Sorrentina which had the pasta covered in gorgonzola sauce. Jack ordered the Squid Ink Pasta and Seafood special with an assortment of octopus, mussels, and white fish on squid ink pasta. I ordered the Filet and Vegetable Tortellini special which was topped with red sauce.
All of these items were phenomenal and the pasta tasted homemade and delicious. I loved all of the different flavors that we were able to try and it just tasted super authentic.
For dessert, we all had some espresso martinis which were delicious, of course.

I am super happy that we dined at Marcellinos because it was such a fantastic meal. The atmosphere in the restaurant was amazing with live music in the background. I loved all of the different flavors of sauce and pasta that we were able to try as well.
