Mita's

Mita’s is one of the restaurants that my roommate and I have been planning on going to for a while but hadn’t gotten the chance until this past weekend.

Mita's, Cincinnati, Ohio

One of the reasons we had been wanting to go to Mita’s was because it is walking distance from where we live, and now with the nice weather, it was the perfect Friday night dinner experience for us.

We both began with ordering El Luchador which was the spicy margarita. It had tequila, ginger, and jalapeño flavors in it which was delicious.

Mita’s is a tapas restaurant, so Grace and I decided that we were going to just order and split whatever we get to eat. We started with the Tacos Dorados de Vegetales y Queso which was basically vegetable taquitos – YUM.

We also ordered the Ceviche de Camarones which had shrimp, avocado, tons of lemon and lime juice, and cilantro. This was so flavorful and delicious. Usually, I’m not obsessed with lemon and lime flavors, but this was such a perfect flavor to accompany the shrimp and avocado.

Lastly, we decided to order the Tacos de Pescado – beer-battered rockfish, cabbage, peppers, and mayo. These tacos were very authentically flavored and the fish tasted super fresh.

I wished it hadn’t taken me so long to try Mita’s because I had heard great things about it. I loved the different variety of food on the menu because it made it hard to choose what exactly to order. All of the food tasted super fresh and had unique flavors to them.

Hi, thanks for stopping by!

Not that this isn't obvious, but I am not a professional writer - I don't claim to be one either. Cut me some slack on my writing for a little bit. It will get better!
