PearlStar Oyster Camp + Bar (pt. II)

I have been to PearlStar before but decided to come back to have some oysters and try new items on the menu. We started the meal with some delicious wines - the Rosè for Grace, and the Sauvignon Blanc for Bailey and me.

We ordered some oysters which were delicious as always. I don’t remember which coast they were from, but we wanted to try the medium-sized ones.

For our main courses, Grace and Bailey ordered the Shrimp and Grits which were delicious. There was so much incredible flavor in their dishes. I ordered the Arctic Char which was roasted in a piccata fashion with capers and herb butter. The sauce that the fish was in was excellent and I loved the fish as well.

We also had to order the Grilled Bread which was Allez Bakery Sourdough, one of my absolute favorites.

Somewhere in the mix of eating all of the food we decided to drink some Aperol Spritzes which were delicious as always.

PearlStar is such a delicious restaurant for any occasion. I love going there in the summer because the atmosphere is beachy with all of the seafood options and the nautical decorations.
