Pizzeria alle Carrette
Bailey and I lived for taking recommendations from locals no matter what it was. One of our tour guides told us that Pizzeria alle Carrette was some of the best pizza which was perfect because it was walking distance from the Coliseum where we were leaving from.
We ordered some Aperol Spritzes and traditional bruschetta to start and this was my favorite bruschetta that we had tried the entire trip. I loved how fresh everything tasted and it was just super simple.
We ordered the traditional Margherita pizza and it was delicious. The crust was super crunchy and all of the ingredients tasted pretty fresh.
This was the perfect pizza stop for lunch because the food and drinks were great and the atmosphere was super lively outside.
