Rose Mary
Rose Mary in Fulton Market is a delicious restaurant that I hadn't been to in years, so I figured it was time to try it again. I began my meal with a glass of crispy white wine recommended by the bartender. This was the perfect start to an evening filled with incredible flavors.
For starters, I ordered the Charred Snap Peas with tonnato, sunflower seed pistou, and ice wine vinegar. The snap peas were perfectly cooked, offering a fresh and delightful taste. The Stracciatella with aglio verde e olio, chili, chives, and fresh lepinja was another highlight. The creamy cheese paired with the fresh bread was simply delicious.
For the main course, I tried the Gnocchi with beef cheek and basil, as well as the Asparagus Risotto with parmesan and lemon. These dishes balanced each other perfectly, with the freshness of the risotto complementing the savory flavors of the gnocchi.
No dinner is complete without dessert, so we decided to order some Espresso Martinis to cap off the meal.
Rose Mary was just as fantastic as I remembered it. The menu is filled with plenty of delicious items to choose from, and the dishes are incredibly fresh and flavorful. If you’re looking for a top-notch dining experience in Fulton Market, Rose Mary should be on your list.
