Rosewood

Rosewood is a delicious sushi, Thai, and seafood restaurant that was the perfect place to go during Asian Cuisine Week.

We started the meal with some drinks and appetizers. I ordered an Aperol Spritz, and the table had an espresso martini and a spicy pineapple margarita. We tried the crab puffs and pork dim sum – they were delicious.

While we were waiting for our food, we kept seeing this interesting drink being served to other tables, so we ordered it ourselves. This was the Ocean Breeze cocktail with tequila, wild berry puree, almond essence, soda, lemon, and lime.

For our main meals, I ordered the Smoky Roll with lobster tempura and lump crab meat topped with torched spicy tuna, scallion, cajun powder, shallot sauce, and eel sauce. Maddy ordered the Roebling Roll with lump crab mix, tuna, eel, jalapeno, avocado, mango sauce, eel sauce, and tempura flakes. Lastly, Bailey ordered the Chicken Pad Thai.

All of these dishes were incredible. I loved my sushi roll and I also tried the Pad Thai which was flavorful.

Rosewood was a delicious place to get your seafood fix. I loved all the different items to choose from on the menu which makes it perfect to go with friends. The food had amazing flavor and the atmosphere of the restaurant was great.
