Sebastian Bakehouse

I had been wanting to try Sebastian Bakehouse ever since I had heard great reviews about it, so after some research Grace and I headed there early on a Saturday morning. I had read all over that you need to be in line before they open at 8 am, so we got there early and were almost first in line.

The lineup of treats was incredible and it was so hard to choose what to try. Our final choices were as follows:

  • Spinach Artichoke Dip Croissant Danish

  • Chocolate Gingerbread Croissant

  • Cinnamon Sugar Pull Aparts

  • Peppermint Mocha Crunch Donut

  • White Chocolate Cranberry Donut

  • Bacon and Cheese Quiche

These were seriously so delicious I don’t even know if I can choose a favorite.

I loved the cinnamon pull-apart and it tasted just like monkey bread - but better. The spinach artichoke was the perfect savory treat and tasted phenomenal. I loved the donuts because the dough was absolutely amazing and the flavors were perfect for this time of the year. The chocolate gingerbread was surprising to me because I usually don’t like gingerbread, but the flavors complimented each other so well.

Sebastian Bakehouse is definitely a must-try if you are in Cincinnati. I definitely recommend waking up early to get there because the line gets extremely long once doors open and they end up running out of baked goods. I loved tasting Holiday flavors and getting to try new items.
