Second Story Bar
Second Story Bar has been on my list for a while now, so it was exciting to go there and try of few of the cocktails.
I began with the Fire Alarm cocktail with Tequila, Mezcal, Curacao, Lime, Beet-Vanilla-Clove Syrup, and Cayenne Tincture Spritz. I loved the balance of the savory and sweet flavors in this cocktail! Grace ordered the Sunset Paloma with Tequila, Aperol, Grapefruit Juice, Lime, Tres Agave Nectar, Orange Bitters, and Soda Water.
Grace and I also tried the Espresso Martini which was delicious. It had little to no creaminess to it, but I still liked the flavor.
Lastly, some of the guys ordered Little Kings which apparently are a Cincinnati staple. I tried a few sips and it was good. I loved the tiny bottles it came in.
Overall, Second Story Bar has amazing cocktail options. I love it when a cocktail bar has multiple tequila cocktails to choose from. The environment was great as well - we had a group sitting outside which was super nice.
