Serafina
I had my first dinner in New York at Serafina to meet up with my local friend, Sarah. There were many food options, from pizza and pasta to delicious burrata, which I enjoyed so much.
We started the meal with some wine, I ordered the Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand.
We decided to order the Prosciutto & Burrata which was amazing. It came with bread to put all the items on and was a super fresh appetizer. Next to eat was the Spicy Penne Alla Vodka which had homemade tomato sauce, red pepper flakes, and some vodka and cream. We also ordered the Salmon with cherry tomatoes, avocado, and basil.
All the dishes tasted phenomenal, and my favorite was the vodka pasta. The cherry tomatoes, avocados, and basil were such a delicious touch to the salmon as well. I’m so glad that Sarah recommended Serafina for our dinner because there were plenty of options to choose from and everything we tried was incredible.
