Sip&Guzzle

During a quick weekend getaway to New York City, my first stop was the highly anticipated Sip&Guzzle, renowned for its creative and flavorful menu. With some luck, we snagged bar seats, allowing us to enjoy cocktails alongside a series of amazing dishes.

We started with the Bikini, famously known as the world's thinnest sandwich, featuring a luxurious combination of comté ganache and thinly sliced ham encased in a waffle-like crisp. A light yet flavorful starter!

Next came the Bluefin Sashimi, a dish that wowed with its exceptional freshness and tender texture. Its simplicity allowed the high-quality fish to shine.

Course three brought the Uni Fried Rice Nigiri, a perfect balance of crispy rice and uni, creating a dish that even non-uni fans will love. This one stole the show for me.

The main course of the savory selections was the Electric Chicken, served hot, crispy, and bursting with flavor. Guests receive gloves and scissors to cut the chicken, adding an interactive element to the meal.

Rounding out the evening, we indulged in the Mochi French Fry, a creative savory dish topped with nacho powder. The unique texture and innovative preparation made this a delightful twist on traditional mochi.

Sip&Guzzle exceeded every expectation. The vibrant atmosphere, innovative menu, and exceptional cocktails combined to create a dining experience that’s as memorable as it is delicious. Whether you’re a foodie or just looking for a fun night out, Sip&Guzzle is a must-visit spot in NYC.
