Soft Bites
Ever since I saw Soft Bites had opened, I knew I wanted to try its soufflé pancake flavors. I made my way to Lincoln Park over the weekend to sample these unique and delicious breakfast items.
We decided to order the Strawberries and Cream, Custard, and Nutella pancakes, and all of these were amazing. I loved the soft texture of the fluffy pancakes, and the toppings were all incredible. The Nutella was a quick favorite, but the custard and strawberry were great flavors to offset the richness of the Nutella.
If you haven't tried a soufflé pancake like this, I would definitely recommend it. I love the unique take on a breakfast classic and all of the different flavors to try. Though the line was long to receive our food, it was worth it for these flavorful bites.
