Subito

You can always count on anything in the Lytle Park Hotel will be a great dining experience, and Subito was no exception.

A few of my friends and I decided to dine there for our Friday night dinner where, of course, we started the meal with a bottle of wine — Cap Royal Sauvignon Blanc. I have been loving sauvignon blanc lately, and this was the perfect, not too sweet white wine.

Every time I see saffron on a menu, I know that I absolutely need to try it, so when I saw the Arancini we had to taste it. The Arancini had burrata, prosciutto, risotto, fonduta, and saffron. To describe it simpler, it was like a fried risotto ball with a delicious dipping sauce.

One of the best things about Subito was that there were many different options on the menu for us all to try. I decided on trying the Fritto Misto which was fried shrimp, calamari, fennel, broccolini, garlic aioli, and a saffron-tomato sauce.

The table tried the Pepperoni and Italian Honey Pizza — delicious, the Bolognese, and the Trumpet Mushroom pizza.

I enjoyed my time at Subito because it was a nicer restaurant that was still affordable for everyone. The atmosphere of the restaurant was super fancy and it was a great dinner to split a bottle of wine and enjoy some good, Italian food.

Hi, thanks for stopping by!

Not that this isn't obvious, but I am not a professional writer - I don't claim to be one either. Cut me some slack on my writing for a little bit. It will get better!
