Sundry and Vice
One of the cocktail bars that I’ve been to a few times now is Sundry and Vice. I love the unique drink combinations on the menu, and are constantly updating the drink choices.
The first time I went to Sundry and Vice I ordered the Morning Dew which had tequila, vermouth, elderflower, and cucumber inside it – and it was delicious. My roommate and I can’t remember what exactly she ordered, but I remember that it had cilantro in it. It was a very unique drink that tasted like drinking a salad.
It’s a shame that the drinks that I like always come in the most plain jane glasses. I always try to order a drink that will come in a coupe glass or the Gatsby glass as I like to call it.
The next time we went to Sundry and Vice I ordered the Marquee of the Valley which had tequila, mezcal, lime, watermelon, pineapple, tamarind, and serrano. It was a cocktail that had crazy amounts of flavor and it all worked together really well – I liked it a lot.
Grace and Bailey ordered the Chanel No. 5 which was on draft and had lemon, rose gin, chamomile syrup, and sparkling wine – it came in the Gatsby glass.
One of my favorite things is finding cocktails with interesting flavors that surprisingly taste delicious. I love places like Sundry and Vice because the menu is always changing, so there is something new to try whenever you go.
