Tempo Cafe
If you’re looking for a timeless breakfast experience in Chicago, Tempo Cafe is the place to be. This classic diner offers an extensive menu filled with comforting breakfast favorites. During my most recent visit, I began with a warm, frothy latte to kickstart the morning. I opted for the Bacon & Egg Sandwich served on a soft English muffin for my main dish. The sandwich was simple yet satisfying, with crispy bacon and a fried egg paired beautifully with the fresh latte.
Even though I typically prefer savory breakfasts, I couldn’t resist ordering one of Tempo Cafe’s Chocolate Chip Pancakes. Loaded with rich chocolate chips, it was the perfect sweet indulgence to balance my meal. Each bite was warm, gooey, and delicious.
