The Baker's Table Bakery
I have not been this excited to write about a new place for a long time, but The Baker’s Table Bakery is the cutest and most delicious new spot.
I started off my early Saturday morning by getting a vanilla latte and some delicious bread with ricotta and berry jam. This ricotta was incredibly rich and the jam was the perfect topping for it.
Katie ordered the ricotta with pistachios and honey which looked just as great as well.
This was the perfect morning stop to begin our day. I loved the employees' atmosphere, and the cafè inside was so open and cute.
Because we loved the breakfast so much, we decided to try the pizza and cocktails from The Baker’s Table Bakery for dinner. This was actually the perfect stop to catch up with friends because it is a small setting and the food was spectacular.
We began the meal with some cocktails - I ordered the Gold Rush with bourbon, lemon, and honey. This is not my usual order, but it was surprisingly delicious and refreshing. Katie and Kara ordered the Lemonsecco with prosecco, lemonade, and mint.
We also ordered the Freestone Peaches with honey and mint on top. These peaches were super fresh and the subtle honey and mint flavors made them perfect.
I could not wait to try the pizza here because I knew it would taste phenomenal. I was right - we ordered the Cheese pizza and the Sweet Corn pizza which had tomatoes, zucchini, red onion, quark, and pesto.
The Sweet Corn pizza was incredible - we all thought it was our favorite.
We also added a few more cocktails to the mix - this time Katie ordered the Gold Rush drink, and Kara and I tried the Rosè.
The Baker’s Table Bakery was a great experience both times I dined there. The employees are so welcoming and gracious (even though Katie accidentally shattered a glass of wine on our waitress). The food was delicious and everything tasted incredibly fresh.
Also, look how stunning the sunset was at dinner.
