The Drop In

The Drop In is one of Chicago's famous burger and fries spots located in West Loop. I had to try the NADC (Not A Damn Chance) burger curated by a professional skateboarder and a Michelin Star chef.

I opted to begin the meal with a cocktail, so I tried the Disco Flip featuring mezcal, musk melon, cucumber, and lime. This was an ideal mezcal cocktail combination because of the savory mezcal notes offsetting the light cucumber flavor.

A mezcal cocktail garnished with cucumber and lime, served in a glass at The Drop In.

The NADC Burger, a Wagyu double cheeseburger topped with cheese, secret sauce, onions, pickles, and tamed jalapenos, contained a mix of incredible flavors. Accompanied by a side of fries Beast Mode style—topped with cheese, pickles, tamed jalapenos, and special sauce—the meal was nothing short of extraordinary.

The Drop In exceeded my expectations as each bite of the NADC burger was unbelievable, and the fries to accompany were an amazing addition to my meal. From the sweet and fiery kick of the jalapeños to the mysterious secret sauce, every component contributed to leaving me satisfied but craving more.

Hi, thanks for stopping by!

Not that this isn't obvious, but I am not a professional writer - I don't claim to be one either. Cut me some slack on my writing for a little bit. It will get better!
