The Funkatorium

We quickly learned that Asheville is a big brewery city. After hearing about the Funkatorium multiple times, we knew it was a place we had to try.

There was a line to get into the Funkatorium, so Bailey and I waited for just a short amount of time before we got in. This brewery is known for its sour beer, and since we aren’t super big beer drinkers in the first place, it was the perfect place for us to try.

We decided to order one of the sour beer flights that had peach, grape, cheery, and pear flavors. It was so delicious and it was a beer that I actually enjoyed drinking.

After sipping on our beer flights and getting a bite to eat, we decided to order one of the cocktails from the menu as well. Bailey ordered the Jingle Juice Mule which she raved about how delicious it was. I ordered the Spiced Gingerbread Margarita which I didn't love too much, but it was still a good drink.

The Funkatorium is a must to go to in Asheville. If you are someone who isn’t a huge beer lover, the sours are perfect for you. The entire atmosphere of the inside and outside areas was great for a Saturday afternoon, and we definitely enjoyed our drinks and experience there.

Hi, thanks for stopping by!

Not that this isn't obvious, but I am not a professional writer - I don't claim to be one either. Cut me some slack on my writing for a little bit. It will get better!
