Dublin is full of hidden speakeasies, and The Little Pig Speakeasy is a great visit for expertly crafted cocktails and Italian cuisine. After dialing a payphone with a secret code and stepping through a dimly lit alley, we arrived at this stylish, intimate spot.

Upon being seated, we were welcomed with complimentary sips of their signature punch—a refreshing start to the dining experience.

A small glass of complimentary punch with a citrus garnish, setting the tone for the night.

To kick off our meal, we had the Carpaccio di Manzo, topped with a rich Parmesan sauce. This dish was easily one of my favorites from the entire Ireland trip—the beef was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the parmesan sauce added the perfect depth of flavor.

Thinly sliced beef carpaccio drizzled with a creamy Parmesan sauce and topped with fresh greens.

For pasta, we went with two standout dishes. The Paccheri Pasta Genovese featured slow-cooked Irish beef and an onion sauce topped with Pecorino cheese. Every bite was packed with rich, savory flavors. We also had the Trecce Con Crema Di Datterino Fresco, Gamberi, Stracciatella E Polvere Di Basilico, which combined fresh cherry tomato sauce, prawns, creamy stracciatella cheese, and basil powder for a light yet indulgent bite.

To pair with our meal, we took a bartender’s recommendation and tried the Insecure Masculinity cocktail, a unique blend of tequila, apple, salt, ginger, and sugar. The balance of sweet, tart, and spicy notes made this drink a highlight of the night.

A beautifully crafted tequila-based cocktail with apple and ginger, served in an elegant glass.

To finish, we ordered an espresso martini for dessert. Unlike other versions we tried in Ireland, this one leaned more coffee-forward, making for a bold yet smooth way to round out the meal.

A perfectly foamy espresso martini served in a coupe glass, showcasing rich coffee flavors.

The Little Pig Speakeasy is a true hidden gem in Dublin, offering a mix of mystery, ambiance, and incredible Italian dishes paired with expertly crafted cocktails. Whether you're a cocktail enthusiast or an Italian food lover, this is a dining experience worth seeking out!
