Vortex Donuts
I’m sure you are sick of reading this, but Vortex Donuts was one of the places that were recommended to us by one of our Uber drivers.
We decided to stop by Vortex Donuts on our way out of Asheville, and I’m super happy that we did.
There were many different types of donuts to choose from and they had all sorts of flavors. I decided to try the cinnamon sugar with chocolate swirl and the glazed maple bacon donut.
Both of these donuts were delicious and super fluffy. The flavor of them both was great and it was crunchy on the outside and very “cakey” on the inside.
I love finding any kind of donut or bakery shop in different cities, so I’m happy that the Uber driver told us this was a must to try. The donuts were delicious and it was the perfect last bite before we left Asheville.
